Description
Our FYidoctors - Courtice clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Practice Coach to fill an existing vacancy!

This position is a full-time fixed-term role until March 2028, working 40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a patient-focused environment. You’ll empower staff, optimize clinic performance, and enhance the lives of patients in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment! What You’ll Do

Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values

Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge

Collaborate with Regional Coach to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve clinic objectives

Build and inspire motivated, high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals

Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision

Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve clinic objectives

Foster open communication through active listening and promoting a transparent, trust-based culture

Drive practice development by improving procedures,



implementing initiatives and optimize patient care and clinic performance

Champion company initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement best practices to strengthen and enhance the brand

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience and creating value for every patient

Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required

What You Bring

College degree or equivalent experience

2-4 years of management or supervisory experience

Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred

Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance

Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite

Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional patient experiences

A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively

Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset

The expected starting compensation for this position is between $63,000.00 to $79,900.00annually, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
