Key Responsibilities
Prepare individualized learning plans
Design developmentally appropriate programs
Monitor children’s progress and behaviour
Communicate with parents and caregivers
Guide and support classroom staff
Requirements




Early childhood education diploma or certificate
ECE Level 2 or Level 3 certification
First Aid and CPR certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of childcare regulations
Experience supporting diverse learning needs
Permanent full-time position
