Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all metallurgical and operations testing
• Ensure effective electrowinning and gold extraction
• Create and implement refinery procedural standards
• Conduct mid-month and month-end inventory samplings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related
• 5 years managing gold metallurgy processes
• Detailed understanding of gold processing phases
