We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Canada sales team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in Rental Software/SaaS, with a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple geographies. This role is responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the right solutions to prospective clients.
Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, specifically in the rental software/ SAAS industry




Proven track record of selling in international markets (North America and UK)
Strong understanding of Microsoft ERP/CRM Products & solutions for Digital Transformation
Experience in end-to-end sales cycle management
Strong negotiation and Deal Closure skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with the Rental Software/SaaS industry
Exposure to mid-market and enterprise clients
Revenue and sales target achievement
