We are looking for a dedicated School Counsellor to cover maternity leave, focusing on supporting students in Grades 8-12. You'll engage in crisis interventions, academic advising, and work closely with parents and staff to build a positive school and community atmosphere. This position is crucial for the growth and success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal and small-group mental health support
• Assist with course selection and post-secondary planning
• Collaborate with teachers and caregivers for student success




• Offer crisis intervention and outside agency referrals
• Enrich a supportive, faith-based school culture

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology or related discipline
• Registration eligibility with BCACC or BC School Counsellors’ Association
• Experience in a school environment is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Commitment to the values of Catholic education
