As a Grade 6 Teacher at Mînî Thnî Community School, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic and cultural journey of students. This position emphasizes collaboration with Elders and community members while adhering to the Alberta curriculum. You will implement literacy and numeracy interventions to enhance student learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging Grade 6 instruction
• Incorporate Stoney language and cultural teachings in lessons
• Collaborate with community members for experiential learning




• Use assessment tools to monitor student development
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education Degree (B.Ed.)
• Current Alberta Teaching Certificate or eligibility
• Experience in upper elementary or middle grades preferred
• Familiarity with Stoney Nakoda culture is a plus
• Robust organizational and communication skills
