About the Role
The Supervisor, Supply Chain & Logistics is responsible for leading and optimizing ARxium's end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehousing, shipping, and logistics. This role oversees warehouse operations and personnel while ensuring materials and products are available to meet business and customer requirements.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency, supplier performance, and inventory accuracy. This position plays a key role in supporting production schedules, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the effective flow of goods from suppliers through manufacturing and distribution.
The Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining ERP master data, forecasting material requirements, improving processes, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Customer Operations to support business objectives.
Essential Functions
Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehousing, shipping, and logistics
Supervise, coach, and develop the Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to support operational excellence and employee growth
Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods to meet production and customer demand
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, Customer Operations, and Finance to support business objectives
Manage supplier and contract manufacturer performance through key metrics related to quality, delivery, service, and cost
Negotiate and evaluate supplier pricing, cost changes, and supply agreements to support organizational objectives
Maintain inventory accuracy and optimise inventory levels while balancing service requirements and carrying costs
Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, material storage, inventory transactions, shipping, and order fulfilment
Lead production planning and forecasting activities to align material availability with business requirements
Manage and maintain ERP master data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, part numbers, and vendor records
Monitor supply chain performance through data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements,
inventory controls, and international shipping regulations
Support new product introductions and engineering change activities by coordinating material planning and supply chain readiness
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (required)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies
Strong understanding of supplier management, contract manufacturing, and vendor performance measurement
Knowledge of international shipping, customs documentation, import/export compliance, and transportation logistics
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and process discipline
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting both internal and external stakeholders
Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to lead through change and drive positive business outcomes
