## Executive AssistantApply: Edmonton, Alberta: Full time: Posted Today: R39357****Position Summary****GFL Environmental Services is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and strategic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Senior Leadership team. In this role, you will serve as a primary operational partner and extension of our executive leaders, ensuring optimal time management, seamless daily operations, and explicit communication across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and exercises impeccable discretion.****Specific Duties and Responsibilities***** Manage and optimize calendars, strategically prioritizing requests and resolving scheduling conflicts.* Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level communications, presentations, and reports.* Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodation, and expense reporting.* Prepare and create relevant materials (i.e. documents, reports, presentations).* Act as the primary gatekeeper and bridge for smooth communication with internal and external partners.* Organize key meetings, offsites, and events, including agenda preparation, minute-taking,
