Advance research initiatives with Access Alliance as a Research and Evaluation Coordinator, focused on enhancing community health for immigrants and refugees in Toronto. This full time role combines research oversight with impactful project management.

You will play a pivotal role in coordinating research activities, developing effective evaluation systems, and enhancing community partnerships. The ideal candidate has a blend of project management skills and a commitment to addressing health disparities. A graduate degree and three years of community health experience are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and direct community-based health research
• Collaborate with various stakeholders for targeted social action




• Assess and enhance evaluation methodologies for programs
• Manage budgets and ensure project delivery meets objectives
• Implement community input in research and program evaluation

Requirements:
• Graduate degree in Health Sciences or related field
• 3+ years in research and evaluation roles
• Proven ability in project management
• Knowledge of community development principles
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
