Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Cyber/Infrastructure Business Analyst in the Utilities in a hybrid work setting in Calgary, Alberta. As an IT business analyst with our company, you'll work with the IT department to design, create and implement the necessary technical requirements and software specifications that ensure the business side of things can run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities: Analyze business needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system difficulties as necessary
Guide and advise stakeholders in corrective steps to enhance business processes
Collaborate with department leaders to create cost-effective solutions
Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system
Requirements:



Proven work experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years)
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
BSc degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and experience in data visualization, consider an asset
What's in it for you: $80.00 - $100.00 hourly
One Year contract
Incorporated payroll
Further additional qualifications: Infrastructure and cyber experience with a focus on disaster recovery for service-now
