Bring your skills to GFL as a 310T Licensed Mechanic responsible for diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty vehicles. Solid problem-solving and communication abilities are a must in this role.
This exciting role focuses on maintaining our fleet, including vacuum and power wash trucks. You will be integral in scheduling repairs, utilizing diagnostic software, and adhering to safety protocols. Your attention to detail ensures a clean and organized workplace supportive of operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in heavy trucks
• Maintain and repair various types of equipment
• Create and manage accurate work reports
• Plan repairs effectively in M5 planner system
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Requirements:
• Hold a valid 310T license and clean Ontario “G” driver’s license
• Own required mechanic tools for job tasks
• Experience with diagnostic software beneficial
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Understand repair manuals effectively in English
