In this role, you'll report to the General Foreman, bringing over three years of hydraulic assembly experience to ensure quality products. You'll be responsible for the disassembly and assembly of hydraulic cylinders, as well as troubleshooting, safety testing, and improving processes. Collaborating within a supportive team, your daily efforts will contribute to the legacy of excellence at Weldco-Beales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Disassemble and reassemble hydraulic cylinders and swivels
• Perform equipment safety inspections and troubleshooting




• Complete projects while minimizing material waste
• Maintain a safe and organized working workplace
• Fill out maintenance requests for tool upkeep

Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience
• Familiarity with steel fabrication and welding tools
• Overhead crane experience is beneficial
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Clear communication and interpersonal capabilities
