Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Most agencies don't understand public companies. We only work with them.

Stock Marketing is hiring our first dedicated Sales Development Representative. This is a ground-up role with a clear path: you'll start by booking qualified discovery calls with public-company decision-makers, and grow into running those calls and closing deals yourself as you develop.

This is a fully remote role. You'll work independently, with a direct line to the founder and the freedom to share ideas that shape how we sell.

What you'll do

- Prospect and reach decision-makers at micro- and small-cap public companies - CEOs, CFOs, and IR leads
- Run outbound outreach by phone and email using our proven cadence and objection-handling playbook
- Book qualified discovery calls that convert to real opportunities
- Grow into leading calls and closing as you build market fluency and a track record

What we're looking for

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt your message across different channels
- Experience in outbound sales, business development, or a comparable phone- and email-driven role
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and sounding credible with senior, sophisticated executives
- Confident communicator with a determined,



persistent approach
- Resilient and self-motivated - this is a longer, relationship-driven sale, and the right person builds toward it over time rather than chasing quick wins
- Strong follow-up discipline; you don't let a lead go cold
- Organized and able to run your own process independently
- A genuine interest in capital markets, public companies, or investor relations - direct experience is a strong asset

Compensation

- $2,000/month base for your first 3 months while you ramp
- $200 for every discovery call held
- 20% commission on the first-year value of every current client closed - about $3,600 per deal
- Uncapped earnings, with the opportunity to grow into running your own sales calls over time
