This is a fly-in, fly-out position.Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters on-siteEnsure top-quality workmanship and safety standardsWork closely with site leadership and trades to maintain project flow and efficiency.Work with the project team to meet milestones and completion dates according to the established project scheduleProvide explicit direction to those team members you're leading, to ensure project targets are achievedAttend and providing input at project meetings and ensuring that information is transmitted to those on your teamAssess the target production goal, then establishing a team workflow while executing the plan to achieve itEfficiently and safely usethe relevant tools and equipment needed to produce the various assemblies for the projectSupport and maintain healthy, happy work environments and corporate cultureMaintain clean, organized,
