Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic advisor to the business units within their portfolio. The HR Manager provides guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, fosters strong relationships with managers and employees, and ensures HR initiatives are effectively implemented to meet organizational goals.

who you are

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CHRPcertification is an asset).

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is an asset).

Strong knowledge of provincial employment legislation and HR best practices.

Ability to build relationships with business leaders and provide practical, strategic HR guidance.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and coaching skills.

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Dayforce, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
