Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for HR guidance within business units

• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field
• At least 5 years of HR experience, focusing on business partnership
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
• Robust knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
