Be a vital part of 123Dentist as a Payroll Analyst in Burnaby, where you’ll oversee payroll processing in a flexible environment: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. This full-time role combines technical skills with operational support.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will support payroll across our expanding national organization, ensuring compliance with the nuances of Canadian payroll laws. Working closely with HR and finance teams, your expertise will drive timely payroll processing and help resolve discrepancies. You will also play a role in onboarding current payroll team members and monitoring compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate accurate payroll processing for multiple entities
• Validate and identify discrepancies in payroll




• Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll standards
• Serve as a point of contact for complex payroll issues
• Prepare for year-end T4 and RL1 processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years payroll experience in multi-entity contexts
• PCP certification essential; CPM is an asset
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and ADP Workforce Now
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
