In this active position, you will maintain a solid presence on the shop floor, working closely with employees to drive safety and productivity improvements. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects, analyze performance data, and participate in root cause analysis to highlight inefficiencies. Key Responsibilities:
