Job Description Position Summary As an Order Fulfillment Buyer/ Expeditor within the Sourcing team, you will interact with PSI, Plant Production, Logistics, Category Management, Sourcing, Quality Assurance, accounts payable, and suppliers to help support production activities and schedules. You will be responsible for purchase orders and their contents from the moment they are issued until they are closed out, i.e., setting contract terms, maintaining Outline Agreements, order confirmation, expediting deliveries, maintaining accurate delivery dates in SAP, Coordinating with Quality and Logistics, resolving any payment issues to the supplier, financial tracking of costs recognition, and any other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Essential Functions Lead high-stakes negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and drive cost efficiencies.
Oversee comprehensive supplier management, ensuring performance metrics, contract compliance, and long-term partnership development.
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the strategic team to align procurement activities with broader organizational objectives.
PO creation and interfacing with suppliers to ensure the PO is received/acknowledged, scheduled, and the ship date is met.
Ensure planned ship date aligns with production needs and, if not, work with the supplier to improve delivery.
Follow up with email correspondence in an organized and timely fashion, and comply with documentation requirements
Manages Quarterly Price Adjustments and maintains Outline Agreements
Regularly assessing deliveries and expediting as necessary
Collaborating with Internal and External stakeholders




Ensure Master Data is accurate
Invoice resolution with the supplier and Accounts Payable
Coordinating with Logistics to ensure goods are shipped safely and promptly
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications Position Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in an applicable or related field to Sourcing/Procurement/Supply Chain/ Business Administration
5 years minimum experience in increasing roles in purchasing, expediting, or supply chain
Required Skills
Experience in negotiating with proven results
Excellent Expediting skills, preferably related to Engineering equipment
Familiarity with purchase order conditions, INCOTERMS, domestic and International Logistics
Positive communicator having strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Time Management skills
Capable of working in a team, prioritizing, multitasking, and organizing
Agile and adaptable to changing priorities
Purchase order life cycle management
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Google Meet)
SAP Knowledge

This position requires 10% annual travel
This position is a Hybrid role that requires being in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and working from home on Mondays and Fridays

Compensation The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 CAD
