As a Family Engagement Advocate, you will report to the Program Coordinator and focus on providing extensive support to parents. This role is integral in promoting solid family interactions, developing systematic routines, and addressing various family challenges through effective problem-solving techniques employed during visits and community meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct family intakes alongside social workers
• Monitor family visits to ensure safety and support
• Facilitate parenting skill development sessions




• Collaborate on service plans that reflect family needs
• Liaise with community service providers for support

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in social or human services required
• Minimum one year of relevant experience with Indigenous families
• Understanding of child development important
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate challenging situations effectively
