Take on a pivotal role at WoodGreen as a Clinical Counsellor focusing on youth mental health. Work in a supportive hybrid structure from Toronto, helping adolescents and young adults navigate their challenges.

In this position, you will be a vital part of the Community Care Team, delivering targeted support services, clinical assessments, and therapeutic interventions. Your approach will integrate harm reduction and trauma-informed care for compassionate service delivery. Work collaboratively to create a continuum of care that meets the needs of your clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and create tailored treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic counseling using various techniques




• Lead group-based therapy sessions and support materials
• Ensure client confidentiality and maintain records
• Facilitate crisis intervention and collaborate with teams

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Current registration with OCSWSSW or CRPO
• Minimum of 3 years experience with youth mental health
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care strategies
• Fluency in English and any additional language is an asset
