In this position, you will support various maintenance programs while ensuring safe working conditions on playing surfaces. Your previous turf experience will equip you to operate machinery and inform the Leadhand about necessary improvements. A proactive approach to daily tasks will help you excel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide instruction and support to staff on equipment
• Keep accurate records of tasks completed
• Ensure surfaces are playable and safe for use
• Carry out assigned duties with minimal disruption to games
• Maintain and install necessary field markers

Requirements:
• High school completion or equivalent qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in turf management
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence Class DZ required
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Effective time management and communication skills
