This part-time teaching role reports to the Associate Dean and focuses on the Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant program. You will employ varied teaching and assessment strategies, ensuring current and relevant curricula that cater to all learners. A person-centered approach will be vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize best practices in educational delivery
• Develop and implement effective course materials
• Assess and support student learning outcomes
• Use technology to enhance educational experiences
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen curriculum relevance
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Occupational or Physiotherapy; PhD preferred
• Minimum five years of skilled practice
• Experience in teaching at the post-secondary level
• Registered with the appropriate regulatory body
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
