Key Responsibilities:
• Train and manage a dedicated team of Credit Analysts
• Evaluate customer interactions for performance improvement
• Work with Collections and Sales teams on account matters
• Conduct thorough financial analysis for strategic insights
• Manage special projects within the Credit department
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years in leadership in Credit or Collections
• Credit certification (CCP) is an asset
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
