Enhance child development as an Infant & Child Development Support Worker in Kawartha Lakes. This full time position offers vital in-home support for families with children from birth to school entry, filling a 10-month maternity leave replacement.

In this role, you will provide personalized support to families, focusing on the developmental needs of infants and young children in their own homes. You'll need a G-class license and a vehicle to travel throughout Kawartha Lakes, along with experience and education like RECE or Child and Youth Worker qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-home developmental support services
• Travel to client locations across Kawartha Lakes
• Develop tailored engagement strategies for infants




• Work collaboratively with families on child development
• Maintain detailed documentation of individual progress

Requirements:
• G-class license and reliable transportation required
• Experience with infants and young children is necessary
• Educational background in RECE or Child and Youth Worker
• Readiness to travel for home visits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
