In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in the care team, collaborating with nurses to create and implement Nursing Care Plans tailored to our residents' needs. Your leadership experience and expertise in caring for those with Dementia are pivotal as you assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility. Follow safety regulations to ensure a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Report any changes in residents to the Nurse
• Participate in developing individualized care plans




• Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks
• Support protected transfers using proper equipment
• Provide treatments as directed by Nurses

Requirements:
• Registered with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in care setting
• Excellent English fluency, both oral and written
• Strong leadership and judgment skills
• Capable of performing physical transfer tasks
