Responsibilities Provide E&I; engineering technical support, working with teams to deliver solutions
Prepare design deliverables, including datasheets, process control, diagrams, plot plans, control schematics, and engineering work packages, including installation details, control panel design, and termination details
Define the scope of work, budget and schedule along with the team
Conduct detailed reviews and authenticate deliverables
Participate in project meetings between engineering, project management, operations, and clients
Extensive experience leading and delivering instrumentation and controls engineering within mining or heavy industrial sectors
Strong expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA systems, and process automation platforms
Proven ability to develop control narratives, P&IDs;, loop diagrams, and I/O lists
Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational support in industrial environments
Strong understanding of safety systems, hazardous area classification, and applicable codes and standards
Ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior staff while maintaining high technical excellence

Benefits and Compensation Competitive total compensation package including comprehensive benefits, vacation, and a suite of wellness initiatives
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.
Full time, permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
Qualifications/Education/Memberships 10-15 years of combined consulting and mining industry experience
Experience and capabilities to thoroughly check I&C; deliverables
Relevant experience in commissioning instrumentation and industrial control systems
Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Registered or eligible to register as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng)
Willingness and ability to travel as required
