Be a part of Paladin Security's team as a Casual Healthcare Security Guard in Ontario. You will play a vital role in creating secure healthcare environments across various hospital sites.

This position at Smiths Falls and Perth Hospitals, as well as Lanark County Mental Health, involves participating in a diverse range of security tasks. Availability for 2 to 3 twelve-hour shifts each week is required, ensuring smooth operations and safety while interacting with patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed security patrols during shifts
• Supervise patients and manage incidents effectively
• Document and report all incidents accurately
• Enforce relevant site laws and policies
• Collaborate with management and staff for operational needs

Requirements:
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Clean-shaven for N95 Mask Fit Test requirements
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations necessary
• 6+ months in customer service preferred
