A successful Desjardins Insurance Agent is looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized insurance solutions, and deliver the friendly, professional service they deserve.

What You Will Do

Build robust relationships with customers by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service

Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and identify the right insurance products and services

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers

Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing

Explain insurance products and coverage options in a clear and easy to understand way

Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services based on customer needs





Work closely with the Agent to achieve team sales and marketing goals

Help create a positive customer experience at every stage of the relationship

What We Are Looking For

Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking with customers

A strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills

Proactive and comfortable taking initiative

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Motivated by achieving goals and delivering results

Comfortable presenting information and having value based conversations with customers

A problem solver who can think through customer needs and find appropriate solutions

Experience and Qualifications

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required for this role.

A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is an asset

Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred

OTL license is preferred, or you must be willing and able to obtain the required license

Salary Range: 45,000k - 50,000k plus Bonuses.
