A major Canadian bank is looking for a change catalyst for its transformation projects.

A major Canadian bank is looking for a senior business analyst able to translate strategic objectives into concrete business solutions, aligned with the needs of the business lines.

The role

You lead visioning workshops and define the scope of initiatives with stakeholders, diagnose existing processes and design target operating models, write business cases and requirements documents (BRD), and ensure traceability between business needs and the technical solution.

What we're looking for

- Significant experience in the banking sector, essential for this engagement
- Proficiency in BABOK, Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall
- Production of BPMN processes, BRDs, impact analyses, traceability matrices
- Strong strategic synthesis skills, autonomy and consulting leadership
- Advanced French proficiency

Conditions

Montreal, hybrid 2 days/week in office. Permanent position with Abbeal, 12-month renewable engagement with the client.
