Key Responsibilities:
• Observe the Payroll Manager during bi-monthly payroll processes
• Document end-to-end payroll activities and workflows
• Create transparent, user-friendly process documentation and SOPs
• Identify key controls,
risks, and process dependencies
• Validate documentation in collaboration with payroll teams
Requirements:
• Proven payroll experience in a multi-Province Canadian environment
• PCP or CPM designation or actively working towards one
• Proficiency in documentation, process mapping, and analysis
