Job Description What is the opportunity? Coordinate subject matter expert input and timely responses to questions posed by the project implementation team. Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and project status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements & Planning Facilitate detailed requirements finalization across the six project pillars: workflows and journeys, Client Risk Rating methodology, data fields, document requirements, reporting, and roles/entitlements.
Testing & Validation Organize and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with Due Diligence team members. Collect and consolidate testing feedback and issue logs for escalation to the implementation team. Support quality assurance efforts to ensure the new system meets operational requirements.
