The Role
We're looking for a Junior Service Technician to join our team full-time. This is an entry-level role for someone eager to build a career in AV. You'll work alongside senior technicians and project managers, learning the trade hands-on while assisting with installation, service, and troubleshooting of AV systems at client sites across the Vancouver area.

Duties & Responsibilities
Work under the supervision of a Senior Technician or Project Manager




Assist with installation and servicing of audio, video, network, and rigging equipment
Help build equipment racks, mount displays, install wall brackets, ceiling mounts, speakers, and projectors
Pull and terminate wire and cabling
Safely lift a heavy load (50 lbs), climb a ladder, and work in tight spaces
Always follow WorkSafeBC safety standards
What you bring
0-2 years of experience in AV, IT, or a related technical field (a strong interest and aptitude matter more than years)
Basic understanding of hand and power tools, used safely
Basic networking knowledge is an asset, not required
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites in the Vancouver area
Reside in the Lower Mainland
