Become a vital part of the care team at AgeCare Walden Heights as a Health Care Aide in Calgary. This full-time temporary position focuses on providing exceptional care and support to residents.

As a Health Care Aide, you will work closely with nursing staff in delivering fundamental care services. Your responsibilities will involve assisting residents with personal hygiene, meal times, and mobility while following safety protocols. You’ll also facilitate residents’ engagement in social activities and therapies, under the supervision of qualified nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing and daily personal care
• Support secure transfers with appropriate equipment




• Help with feeding and dietary management during meals
• Deliver routine care and treatment as directed
• Accompany residents to therapy and recreational outings

Requirements:
• One year of experience in continuing care preferred
• Completion of recognized Personal Care Aide Certificate
• Current registration with CLHA required
• Must be fluent in English
• Post-secondary education is a plus
