JOBOUTLINE

We areseeking a new or experienced Member Services Specialist to join our team at TheGlendale Golf & Country Club. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor providing outstandingservicetoourMembersandguestsensuringthattheirexperienceatourClubissecond to none. In addition to managing the storage of golf bags, the drivingrange, and powercarts,thisindividualwillalsoplayakeyroleinmaintainingthecleanlinessoftheClub and working effectively as part of ateam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- ProvideexceptionalcustomerservicetoallMembersandguests,ensuringthattheir needs are met in atimely and professional manner.
- Managethestorageofgolfbags,ensuretheyarecleaned,storedsecurely,and retrieved promptly for Members andguests of the Club.
- Maintainthecleanlinessandappearanceofthedrivingrange,including-picking and washing the range balls,cleanliness of range tee area and staging of all accessories.
- Operateandmaintainpowercarts,ensuringthattheyareingoodworkingorder, cleaned, staged, and available foruse by Members and guests.




- CleanandmaintainallareasoftheClub,includingstagingarea,drivingrange,cart barn, bag room, and lunchroom.
- Ensurethatallsurfacesarekeptclean,andfreefromdirt,dust,anddebris.
- RemovetrashandrecyclingfromtheClubhouseareasonaregular basis.
- Followallhealthandsafetyregulations,includingusingprotectiveequipmentand following proper cleaning procedures.
- Workeffectivelyaspartofateam,assistingotherstaffmembersas required.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previousexperienceincustomerserviceisconsideredanasset.
- Abilitytoperformphysicaltasks,suchasoperatingpowercartsandliftingrangeball bins, golf bags, and supplies.
- Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytomaintainahighlevelof cleanliness.
- Abilityto workindependentlyandaspartofa team.
- Excellentcommunicationskillsandacommitmenttoprovidingoutstanding service.
- Flexibilitytoworkearlymornings,evenings,weekends,andholidays,as required.
