The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Field Services Operations through the deployment of team members around the world. In this role, you will support critical day-to-day operations to support planning, organizing, and preparing team members for their deployments to clients’ water parks.

Your Challenge Collaborate with the GFS Field Lead and Project Managers on upcoming project needs for manpower and scheduling
Manage and maintain the deployment schedules
Partner with project management, and customer service to assign field services team members to construction and after-sales projects
Support the Global Field Services Team and Ride Verification Teams with entry information, visa process and booking travel.
Research travel entry and visa requirements to foreign countries.
Support team members with visa applications, research and supporting documents
Review and book domestic and international flight and rental car options
Research and book travel accommodations
Populate border and travel documents for deploying team members
Update employee files and records
Oversee rewards and recognition program for field team members
Review, update, and format documents for Field Services
Identify opportunities for improvements to processes, workflows, and tools
Be the expert in all things travel
All other assigned administrative tasks as required
What You Bring To The Role Post-secondary diploma or degree in related fields of business, travel, project management is considered an asset




Experience with researching or booking business travel is required
Experience with processing and researching visas for travel is a strong asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-starter and energetic
Must be able to ensure the highest level of confidentiality
Compensation And Advantages Expected salary range: $50,000-$60,000
