What your daily routine will look like: Manufacture, sharpen, resharpen, repair, and modify cutting tools of all kinds using CNC machines
Consult cutting tool drawings and sketches
Prepare tools, dress grinding wheels manually or using a CNC machine, and perform setup
Operate one or more machines simultaneously
Inspect cutting tools using comparators and automated inspection machines
Participate in the development of new processes
Perform mathematical calculations, including trigonometry
Wash, package, identify, and move parts while ensuring compliance with standards and specifications
Maintain equipment and workstations in good condition
Perform routine maintenance on equipment (oil levels,



filter status)
Work as part of a team and demonstrate outstanding autonomy
What you need to succeed: Holder of a DEP in machining techniques with an ASP in machining on computer numerical control machine tools
Ability to work well in a team
Initiative and leadership
Manual dexterity
Analytical skills
This position is within a French-speaking work environment; nevertheless, it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand certain specialized work instructions, drawings, and technical terms from international organizations.
Assets Experience in the machining field
Experience in cutting tool sharpening (an asset)
