Mad Engine Global is in search of a Domestic Production Coordinator who will facilitate the end-to-end management of production processes within the apparel industry. Your role involves liaising with various internal teams and external vendors to meet production milestones and quality compliance. Strong follow-up and organizational skills will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support management of domestic production orders through all stages
• Track and report on production timelines and status




• Coordinate sample flow and production approvals
• Communicate order status with domestic vendors
• Assist in quality control with local manufacturers

Requirements:
• 2–5 years' experience in supply chain or production
• Familiar with domestic production and vendor management
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
