As a short-term coordinator, you will oversee multiple kettle sites while managing staff and volunteers. Your role will include engaging with the public and securing donations, all while furthering The Salvation Army's mission of support and care for those in need. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations at Kettle locations
• Oversee and coordinate staffing and schedules
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of donations
• Provide training for campaign workers and volunteers
• Conduct regular site visits to maintain standards
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in customer service roles
• Solid organizational and communication abilities
• Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver’s License essential
• Familiarity with office procedures and software
• Ability to lift/move 9 to 12 kgs (20 – 25 lbs)
