McDonald’s Canada is seeking an experienced Department Manager for our Greater Victoria location. You will lead by example, oversee a department, and drive targets related to sales, profitability, people, and guest experience. Robust coaching, communication, and leadership will be essential to success.
You will manage daily shifts, mentor 11–15 staff, and partner with the GM to align operations with brand standards across a fast-paced restaurant environment.
