• Participate in meetings and develop processes for service quality

Requirements:
• Proven disability claims management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or over 10 years of equivalent experience
• Solid strategic thinking and personnel management skills
• Exceptional communication abilities in French and English
• Digital mindset with a focus on leveraging technology
