Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Customer Experience Coordinator for a leading transportation and supply chain organization. This is ideal for a customer-focused logistics professional with experience in intermodal transportation, rail and truck operations, shipment coordination, and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless movement of shipments while delivering exceptional service and support to customers.
Location: Brampton, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | Varying shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays, may be required based on operational requirements

Responsibilities Customer Experience & Shipment Coordination Coordinate shipments from origin to destination while ensuring customer service expectations are met
Process orders, billing, shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery appointments
Monitor shipments and proactively communicate delays, disruptions, and delivery impacts
Evaluate logistical requirements related to intermodal rail shipments
Develop and communicate operational plans for internal execution
Maintain daily communication with customers, dispatch teams, and internal stakeholders
Track equipment and shipments exceeding detention allowances and coordinate follow-up actions




Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
Investigate shipment issues and coordinate corrective actions
Deliver proactive support to improve customer experience
Internal Coordination Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments
Support the resolution of appointment changes, delivery issues, shipment holds, invoice disputes, and reporting requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Qualifications and Skills Post-secondary diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Transportation, or a related field would be considered an asset
1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or intermodal operations
Experience with rail and truck transportation
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
Ability to learn and navigate transportation and logistics management systems
Understanding of intermodal transportation and supply chain processes
Knowledge of rail network operations
Experience with shipment tracking and transportation coordination preferred
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
