5 days a week:

- Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
- Wednesday: 9am - 6:00pm
- Thursday: 9am - 6:00pm
- Friday: 9am - 5pm
- Saturday: 9am - 4pm

Daily lunch breaks with flexibility, minimum 30 minutes up to 1 hour.

In your role, you will be expected to:

- Learn basic medical terminology
- Become knowledgable about our products, services,



and protocols
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary support staff
- Properly maintain medical records
- Schedule appointments on a web based software
- Invoice clients, and handle basic payment issues
- Communicate through phones, email, and SMS with proper etiquette and grammar
- Maintain a clean hospital workplace
- Interact and handle pets with consent, love and attention
- Assist with social media content
