Key Responsibilities:
• Administer shift schedules and resource management
• Review batch documents for quality assurance
• Facilitate operator training on SOPs and equipment




• Drive timely identification and resolution of issues

Requirements:
• Completion of high school; pursuing certification preferred
• 2+ years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical knowledge
