Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for coordinating and completing specific projects on time, within budget, and within scope.

Responsibilities

WorkingwiththeprojectmanagertoensureimplementationofAmico'ssafetyprogram,includingintegratingthesafetyprogramintoallsiteplansandproceduresandadheringtoallsafetyandrecord-keepingrequirements.

Promoteandmaintainaproductive"team"workingenvironmentwithinAmicoandaffiliatedCorporations.

Directfieldoperationsinthedeliveryofprojectsbyadheringtoschedules,budgets,safety,andrisk.





Assistwiththecreationof andreviewofsubcontractorscopesofworkandevaluations.

Supervising,directing,coaching,training,andmentoringtheprojectteam.

Developinganddrivingtheconstructionscheduleinconjunctionwiththeprojectteam.

Ensuringthatcompletiondatesandmilestonesaremetwhileremainingcompliantwithbudgetandqualitystandards.

Communicatingeffectivelywithtradesandensuringthatperformance,productivity,quality,andsafetyrequirementsaremet.

Maintaindailysiterecordsandsafetydocumentation.

Consistentlycollaboratingwithconstruction/projectmanagerandprojectteam.

OtherdutiesasassignedbytheCompany,relatedtothesuccessfulexecutionofthework.
