In this role, you will provide essential, individualized support for residents within E4c’s long-term housing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on promoting wellness through collaborative efforts with healthcare teams, ensuring residents achieve their recovery goals. This role is pivotal in creating a nurturing setting that supports personal growth and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer trauma-informed support tailored to individuals' needs
• Assist residents with everyday life skills, from cooking to communication
• Work alongside healthcare partners to execute resident care plans
• Encourage a safe, inclusive environment through community building
• Prepare meals and manage nutritional resources per program standards
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Services or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years supporting diverse communities
• Class 5 Driver’s License with valid insurance
• First Aid Certification and knowledge of Harm Reduction
• Strong background in person-centered care practices
