Key Responsibilities:
• Establish annual goals aligned with organizational vision
• Direct development of interdisciplinary care programs




• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Oversee recruitment and team performance management
• Review financial budgets and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree in health or social services
• Extensive management experience within LTC
• Strong understanding of EHR applications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to enhance care delivery processes
