Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator (Edmonton) who is responsible to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and maintain organized financial records for the company.
This position is Monday - Friday 7:30-4:30 And is On-site full time. Benefits For Accounts Payable Administrator Paid Vacation and Statutory Holidays

Accounts Payable Administrator Responsibilities Include Process inventory purchases and the matching PO's
Process invoices, ensuring proper approvals, and payment deadlines
Perform cheque runs and match backup for those cheques
Reviews all incoming requests, responds, and follow-ups as appropriate
Works cross functionally with purchasing and receiving teams to resolve PO and receiving issues
Reconciles vendor account statements, resolves credit balances and/or variances
Files and maintains documentation related to Accounts Payable
Perform various additional duties, as required
Must be able to commute to office location reliably and consistently
Successful Accounts Payable Administrator Candidates Will Have Ability to learn and adapt (coachable / receptive to new information, processes, and technologies within the role)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable is required




Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (strong emphasis in Excel)
Highly Organized to manage the flow of paperwork, invoices, and vendor communications effectively and accurately
Exposure to Karmak Fusion software is preferred
Exposure to Yooz AP software is preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
