As a part of OPG's team, reporting to the Electrical Production Technical Supervisor, this position requires at least eight years of experience in electrical engineering and specialized knowledge in hydroelectric systems. You will manage technical assessments and lead initiatives for the maintenance and enhancement of hydro turbine generators.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct technical guidance for maintenance crew
• Conduct and manage electrical design evaluations




• Draft technical specifications and construction documents
• Lead the request for proposals process
• Prepare reports and investigate emergencies

Requirements:
• 4-Year University Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Familiarity with high voltage systems required
• P. Eng. certification is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
