The ideal candidate will support youths transitioning to post-secondary education, offering academic guidance and emotional support. Your responsibilities include individual mentoring, coordinating community resources, and implementing tailored educational plans. Flexibility with scheduling and a valid driver’s license for various travel across Edmonton is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming and secure environment for youth participants
• Conduct eligibility assessments to provide focused support
• Design and monitor individualized action plans for students




• Collaborate with educational institutions and local agencies
• Lead peer mentorship initiatives to strengthen community ties

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field
• Two years of experience supporting vulnerable youth
• Proficiency in case management and workshop execution
• Valid First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Must have a driver's license and vehicle access
